Feudal Japan, 18th century. Daimyo (warrior lord) of Ako clan refuses to bribe a high-ranking court official, gets called a village boar, stabs the said official with a dagger to the face, is overpowered and forced to commit a seppuku (ritual suicide).
His 47 buddies become Ronin (warriors without a master), plot a revenge and after two years siege the Kyoto residence of the corrupt official and chop his head off. They're celebrated by the locals for adhering to the warrior code of bushido, but as they defied the shogunate rules - they are sentenced to death and allowed to die honorably by committing seppuku.
Second half of 20th century. The Ronin spirits are resurrected in a number of individuals across the globe to continue the fight against the corrupt and unjust. Some live the Way of Warrior on their own, others find their old friends and join the battles together.
Are YOU one of the Ronin warriors ? If so - you're welcome to join our group.
