Requirements:
- 18+ years old
- Must be logged on to TS3 while in game
- Must have 2 tier 10 clan wars ready heavies, mediums or arty (any mix) or must have 1 tier 10 tank and any two tier 9 tanks.
- Must have 1200+ wn7 on your 60 day stats and show continuous improvement
